Partnering with Waah Kashmir, a luxury tourism and hospitality company in Srinagar, we took on the challenge to build a brand new team that fit seamlessly into Waah Kashmir's unique work culture. 

 

Our tailored assessments allowed us to sift through numerous candidates, identifying those who perfectly matched the company's needs, significantly reducing turnover and enhancing new hire retention.

 

 We also created their hierarchy with multiple types of roles & their reporting structure in a way that would help them scale anytime they wanted to.
